Samsung GIF Project
Samsung wanted to engage users with their powerful GIF technology on their phones and tablets so users understood what they could do with short format video images.Maxe Ai was engaged to create an educational and interactive experience.
Maxe had to connect multiple hardware formats with software to create a seamless audience journey.

How did we do it?
1. Thorough client briefing to understand the power of their GIF technology.
2. Researched the restrictions of Samsung handsets and tablets on third party software to realise what we could achieve.
3. Designed a user journey on multip[le hardware endpoints.
4. Worked with the Samsung KX store tehcniloigy team to understand their communication networks and protocols.
5. Designed and developed the end to end experience navigating multiple communications dn hardware barriers.
6. Delivered an experience that delighted and engaged over 10,000 Samsung customers in the their bespoke flagship London store.
What we delivered
The new Samsung S22 Phone and S8 Galaxy tablet were integrated into an end to end user experience where GIF's could be created in-store, customised and sent to the users personal devices.
A key part of the project was to create a survey that engaged the audience and enabled Samsung to capture valuable audience usability data.
What did Samsung get from the project
— Valuable audience perception data of how they perceived the brand and its new products.
— Highly engaged customers.
— Detailed reports created by Maxe Ai that their teams can use to power future launches.
— A social media campaign that pushed the message far and wide of the benefits of their GIF technologies.
This was one of the projects that really engaged our team as it pushed us to deliver excellence at every level with a client that had C-level involvement from start to end.
